Dash looks great! I'll have to use that stuff on a couple of mine. If you by chance happen accross a fuel gauge that works I'd gladly take it off of your hands, still having no luck finding one. really thought there would be some out there with all the people who have done the analog conversion.
Put the dash back in the boat today, and the gauges look great! But guess what... The voltmeter that I got from N3 Boatworks is bad!!! This is the third bad voltmeter I have gotten! I know it isn't a gateway issue because the volts are displaying properly in the tachometer LCD.
So now I am back to looking for a working 2003-style voltmeter. If you have one, I want it!
The dash looks SO much better though. Speedometer and tachometer are fully-functional, and all of the other gauges work except the stupid voltmeter. I calibrated the speedo to GPS, and then calibrated the PerfectPass to the speedo, so everything matches, and is correct.

I checked with Roswell about that, and we found that the deck thickness was sufficient and did not require reinforcement. Good question though!

I did not check with Roswell when I did my 05 210, but I did ben in a 1/2" piece of HDPE with short strand fiberglass like the directions recommend. It wasn't hard to do. I took a piece of aluminum foil and stuffed it up in the area that I reinforced to get a pattern. I then transferred that to the HDPE, cut it, and bedded it in.
