Oh my. Looks like it hauls butt, and it sounds mean, too.

Yeah I have about an hr in the break in process, and I need to get a couple more in. Unfortunately the weather is not cooperating with me. It’s really fun to drive, with a fun sound. I’m looking forward to my time pulling skiers this year as much as I am skiing.

I hear you on the weather. Our lakes are starting to break up up here. Back to cold rain/snow later this week. It'll be a while before mine comes out of storage.

I was up to a buddy’s place outside Owatonna a week or two ago, and his lake still had guys fishing in the small ice houses

Man...that thing rips. Love to see a full vid from the holeshot. With the extra HP, might even tinker with the idea of some additional prop pitch....?

My buddy and I are thinking about changing pitch, it certainly has the power. One of the thing’s is, we both have the rig as a slalom tug, and the 668 performance is excellent at the task. I will probably test a different prop, to see if I get more performance, without loosing slalom wake, holding power, and tracking.
I will post some more videos once I can get back to the lake. Looks like we’re going to be waiting till Saturday for that.
Thanks for all the kind comments

Yeah...I'd only change the pitch to run a few less RPMs saving engine wear and fuel $$. 50 MPH is plenty fast.

Wow. Looks great. I've met Tim at Inboard Solutions...last summer. I drove over to his shop from the lake to get a shift cable. Nice guy...very helpful.

I really can’t say enough good things about Tim. He was so helpful throughout the entire process, putting up with my calls and texts, while I prepared to do the install. It made the install really smooth (especially with my limited mechanical knowledge).

Got into the river today. Was only 40 and a lot of wind, so no skiing yet.

That looks pretty snappy. Would be interesting on a before and after on like a 0 to 30 or something....

We have finally gotten some ski sets in. One of the things I was concerned about was the wake. I’m happy to report that the wake unchanged at the longer lines. We will get some course skiing in this weekend and start to see how it feels as we cut rope.
