    wired ballast in a sport?

Can it be done? Has anyone done it? Where is there space to do it if you can? Just looking at my options before I buy some fat sacs for the boat and never really thought about it until recently. Just curious of what my options are. I have a 93 to be specific.

Can you post up some pics of the interior (If I remember, the 93's don't have a rear locker right?) ? Are you looking to do bags, or hard tanks?

I dont have any good ones, but I can get some later tonight. I guess I dont care if it would be bags or tanks, but it woul dbe nice to hide them and have a decent weight in there. I was planing for 800 with bags on the floor but if I can avoid it, I would like to.

Check out how this guy added seats to the back and sides - you can essentially do the same thing and then install bags underneath:

That would be one way, But I would fear taking away room. I was wondering if there is a way to go underneath. If not, no biggie, but I read all the time of ballast installs but it is usually iun compartments, but wondered if there was a way to do it in the keel.

Well you can fit about 300-400 pounds in the ski locker so theres a good place to start, thats totally hidden ballast. In the back the only way to do it is to modify the rear seat to allow for one large compartment. I'm planning on doing this in the spring to my 94. Other than that there is really no where to put a bag in the back without taking up floor space.

If anyone has ideas on how to modify the back seat i'd love to hear them.
