changing trasmission fluid

hey guys I need to change my transmission fluid in a 2003 SANTE. Can someone walk me through this. also what kind do I replace it with and how much.

I just changed the tranny oil a few weeks ago on my 06 SAN. I used the Suck Up Vacuum from SkiDim - http://www.skidim.com/prodinfo.asp?number=SUC01 which works great.

From memory I vacuumed the oil through the filler hole. It was just under 2 quarts. I refilled with the same amount using Dexron III (check your manual). I fired up the boat and put it into gear a few times (forward & reverse) and then checked the fluid level while the engine was still running. Level looked good so I was happy.
