    Polishing tower

Getting the NVS 1010 Entity tower speakers soon, and wanted to get the tower matching the cans, so I figured I could get the entire tower polished(it would just look cool anyhow, and would eliminate all of the scratches in the silver). Has anybody else had their tower polished? Good idea or not? Also wanted to copy someone elses idea I saw on this board and polish the air vents in the back of the boat. How much do you all think this will cost me? The proccess I was hoping to go through was to get the speakers fitted, and all the holes for wiring drilled, then get it polished.

Any oppositions to this? I am also getting a polished aluminum table leg/top installed as well. Just want it all to match.

I'm not sure how much it would cost, but I saw a SAN at West coast cc a few months ago that had a polished tower and thought it looked great. Good luck and I'd be interested to hear how much work it is and or how much it costs.

Yeah, I am going to see if I can find someone around here that will do that. Small town...it's gonna be hard...

My tower is raw aluminum and polished it out to a chrome finish. Semichrome worked well.

Yeah, I don't really want to mess with it myself though...too afraid of messing up...
