    Perfect Pass Install

I am installing Wakeboard Pro and have a few items that are not included in the instructions.

Where am I suppose to mount the black round disk that says Garmin on it?

Also, there is a short computer chip looking device that it does not mention anywhere in the instructions.

Lastly, do I need to install the receiver for magnets if I never intend to use it? If I should mount it, where should it go.

    Thank you,

    Casey

The "Garmin" bit is the GPS receiver. It can go pretty much anywhere on the dash. On my 1999 SN I took the complete dash module off (4 screws) and dropped the wire through the big hole along with all the others. I then put the dash back and pushed the wire through to the length I wanted. I was going to attach it to the white part just below the dash but decided to attach it to the dash directly as this looked neater. I could do a picture but not until next weekend.

I think the extra bit you are referring to is an "optional extra" that is used if there are voltage issues. Some boats are very sensitive with the voltage in that on starting you get just a blank screen. If you choose to fit this part, disconnect the servo cable from the master module control box, fit this part to the servo cable connector then attach the cable to this part.

The magnet receiver does not need to be installed. If you choose to install it ideally it should be in line with the ski pole. Mine sits just next to the front of the passenger seat to keep it a bit tidier.

Let me know if you'd like any pics.

    Cheers, Rick.
