    Paddle wheel factor on AirSV211

I had to replace the Faria gateway box, and like a dumbass (actually I didn't know this setting was stored in the box) I didn't write down the paddle wheel factor from the Perfect Pass.

I can take a GPS out there and get it to match, but I'd just as soon get it close before trying to get it perfect. Can anyone with a Perfect Pass in an Air SV-211 get me the paddlewheel factor from their unit? Should be a number in the neighborhood of 1600.

    Thanks!

Did you try calling Perfect Pass? What year, it is drive by wire?

I tried calling Correct Craft. They were confused about what I was talking about. I have not tried calling Perfect Pass. I was just trying to eliminate the trial and error of getting it right with GPS.

      It's a 2007, and yes, it's DBW.

      Thanks!

Call PP, they have very good customer service. The numbers from my 2005 SE probably won't help you.

Wow, got back from the lake today. I think my PW factor was 1360 too. I think that's factory. It was off by 2 MPH at 20 MPH. (High). Had to drop the PW factor to 1111 to get it to be perfect.

Now the PP is accurate from about 5 MPH to 30 MPH. Above 30 it seems a little slow (about 1 MPH).

The speedo is the opposite. It's about 3 MPH low until you hit 15 MPH and all of a sudden it jumps 3 MPH to be accurate. It's accurate all the way up to 40 MPH.

In any case, I'm pretty happy. Going to write down all my BASECAL values for the slalom settings too. They were all WAY low by default. 34 MPH slalom mode was at about 29 MPH. Had to move the base RPM from 3300 to 3810, the rest of them had to go up too.

This is all with the factory prop.
