need power

I have a 2003 SANTE. I have a brand new blower and rear bildge but neither are getting power. I checked the wires with and there is no power. when I press the bildge button on th key pad the front one turns on but the back one does not. Blower has the same problem. I checked the breakers on the kick plate and nothing is out. Does any one have any ideas before I start pulling out wires.

I don't know how it is wired, please forgive me if this suggestion is too simple....but, check all the 2 prong connections. My rear bilge in my 206 would not run. I finally figured out one of the pins in the white 2-pin connector feeding it had come loose and slipped back in the housing. I pushed the pin in by the wire, now all is fine.
