    1. Impeller (if it hasn't been replaced in the past 2 years)
    2. Spark Plugs (if they haven't been replaces in a couple years)
    3. Change Oil
    4. Change Transmission fluid (if it hasn't been changed in last 100 hours)
    5. Inspect belts
    6. Replace fuel filter

I'm sure others will have a more detailed list, but this is what I follow.

What engine? GT-40? in any case, mf01's list is good, if it runs well when you launch it first then that's all you need to worry about. Just be careful the first time you run it to be sure all the hoses and plugs are properly installed, idle the engine to bring it up to temp and check the block, manifolds, with your hand to be sure nothing is getting too hot i.e. not getting water... and no water is leaking anywhere.
How 'bout a little reverse action...

At some point in time, the alignment needs to be checked.

Opinions / experience welcome on this one.

I haven't spent alot of time looking, but where is the fuel filter located on a 93 Sport with the GT-40 Pro Boss? Also, any tips for putting a new one on?

I have the 94 Pro Boss and the Fuel filter is located near the rear of engine cover. If you look below the port engine cover hinge, you can probably see it. It should look similar to this:
