Controls and relay box, notice gauges are where valves were previously making it much easier to see them.

These pumps make some noise. If you don't want to hear them you should mount them in a different location. I find the noise to be OK, it's not too annoying and I don't forget they are on so I don't overfill my center tank.
Notice how the pump heads are readily accessible, this makes it very easy to replace the impellers if needed.
You may also notice that I cheated on the belly pump intake hose. I am stealing water from the raw water cooling line. This is also a bit risky for a few reasons. It's unlikely but possible to pull air through the ballast tank if the ballast impeller goes bad, this could cause the boat to burn up the cooling impeller and overheat. I guess some might argue that you don't want to steal cooling water from the motor. I did this on my last boat, it worked for a few years, so I did it again. This may make the boat a bit more complicated, but should not cause any issues if you are aware of the systems on the boat. You can also see my hose hookup for running the boat on the trailer.
I have about 5 hours on the boat now and I am completely happy with the conversion.
