Changing Oil & Filter

I purchased my new 220 last fall and I'd like to change the oil and filter. I have never changed the oil in a boat before, can you give me some advise or simply advise me to go to a dealership if it is too complicated. Please also include any tools needed that aren't standard. Thanks in advance.

service manual should be on this site, and it will show you how to change the oil. It is no problem at all!

Be sure to put a garbage bag around your filter before taking it off to catch excess oil from going into your bilge area, once done draining just close the top of the bag and remove.
