Where to buy a heater core?

    Hey ya'll,

My heater cores gone bad, and i'm not sure where to purchase another one. Can you point me in the right direction?

Also, i'm not sure how much heater cores run (cost wise), if they're really expensive, i probably won't purchase it. If that's the case, can i steal off the two tubes running into the heater core and that won't hurt anything?

As for the two lines (I'm guessing you meant to type 'seal' instead of 'steal'), those are just the line-in and line-out coming from the pump in the engine - if you decided to not buy a replacement core I would recommend putting in a hard valve on each of the tubes (near where they connect to the engine and raw water intake (usually by the strainer), so that way if you decide to put in a core into the boat at a later time you still have all the tubing ready to go.
