Trouble draining ballasts

I just bought a 2001 super air nautique and I can not drain my ballasts. they fill fine but won't drain is there two pumps or just one. where are the pumps located

gr, I am not certain on the 01, but the 2000 san has 2 pumps located low, port side of the engine. the fill pump pushes thru the drain pump, and the drain pump pushes thru the fill pump, back thru the seacock in order to drain. a genius without practical thought designed this system. it is so poor, maybe CC went to a different design in 2001. If not, with the seacock open, and the boat out of the water, gravity should drain the tanks.
