wire diagram for an electric motor lift

i have a electric motor lift for my 2000 nautique. and the raise and lower buttons go into two relay switches. i think they are wired wrong because my battery keeps going dead. if i disconect the power to the relay my battery stays charged. if anyone could help me with this or tell me where to get a diagram of the switches that would be great. the relays are 87a switchs

RE: wire diagram for an electric motor lift

Sam, I see no one has come up with a wiring diagram for you. I don't have one ether but do have a suggestion. To narrow down what is is draining the battery, do a parasitic test. Using a multi meter set to read amps, put it in series with the boats electrical. Remove one of the battery cables connect one test lead of the mutimeter to the battrey and the other to the cable you removed. ( do not try to start engine ) Now you can see what is draining the battery by turning off breakers or disconnecting hot feeds to individual loads one by one.
