    fuel pressure/runability issues

I'M NEW TO NAUTIQUES, SERVICE MANAGER AT NEW NAUTIQUE DEALER. FIRST PROBLEM TO HIT ME AND I'M SOLVING THESE PROBLEMS HERE.
210 SUPER AIR RUNS WOT FOR 15 SECONDS OR SO THEN BOGS DOWN, LET REST A FEW SECONDS, AND GOES AGAIN, ONLY TO BOG DOWN AGAIN. 55 PSI AT RAIL THEN DROPS TO BELOW 30 PSI.
I REPLACE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP, TEST BOAT FOR SEVERAL MILES. NO PROBLEM THEN IT STARTS AGAIN. WILL TEST FUEL PRESSURE AGAIN ON FRIDAY, ALTHOUGH I'M SURE THE RESULTS WILL BE THE SAME.
ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM THOSE WITH REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE.

that is normal bro, it is supposed to drop
down load the manuals and read
    invest in diacom

sounds like your shop is a parts changer, you do not want to do this

did the fuel pump have a white or black dot on it?

invest in the right tools and CERTIFIED TECHS

      Cap lock key!
With driveability issues you need to understand and have accurate info on the fuel pressure. Only the latest engines have the ability to feedback air fuel ratios to the engines computer. In most marine fuel injection engines the computer assumes the fuel pressure is correct.

I'M WITH YOU ON CERTIFIED TECHS. WORKING ON SOFTWARE TRAINING NOW FOR MERCRUISER AND WILL BE SOON FOR PCM.
MARINE TECHS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND IN LOUISIANA, ESPECIALLY IN SMALL TOWNS. ANYBODY OUT THERE WANT A JOB IN NEW ROADS, LOUISIANA?
ANYWAY, FUEL FILTER WAS VERY RESTRICTED. REPLACED AND CURED THE ISSUE.
