Nob for tower keeps breaking on 220

Anybody else experience this problem The nob that screws to hold tower together has broken twice where the threads are and I have to tap it out. It broke once then I replace it and broke the very next time i was out. I wondering if its the proportion of weight I have. I keep two wakeboards on left and very light surfboard on right and the nob on the right is giving me the problem. Any suggestions???

I dont think its a weight distribution issue. What your having happen just seems strange. I never had that with my 220. Just take up to Buxtons and let Greg have a look at it, I bet he can figure it out. Good luck.
