Additional Ground Wire Terminiation - 00 Smart Pod

I'm wondering where the additional ground wire to the battery, a #12 or #14 wire, terminates in the boat on a 00 SN. This is the other black wire that is connected to the negative side of the battery in addition to the main battery cable. I'm guessing it terminates up at the relay box under the dash that is controlled by the keypads on the dash. I'd like to run a longer wire in so that I can take it directly to the wing-nut post on my battery rather than piggybacking it on the negative clamp. If I can find out where it ends, I can fish a new one through with the existing wire.

I'm pretty sure that terminates at the fuse block underneath the dash. At least that's the case on our 2001.
