Engine somewhat hard to start after warm-up

I have a 1990 Nautique with a Pleasurecraft/Ford 351 engine. After warming up, the engine now requires that I give it some gas (in neutral) in order to start it. I turned up the idle, but that didn't help, so I turned it back down.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated.

Happened all the time with my 1988 SN. Not sure it it was normal but didn't seem to be a problem. Just gave it some gas and off we would go.
