Maybe your alternator is bad. And once your battery is dead, "no mas."

I'm keying on "Everything seemed to be fine for 2 days"

I assume two days of using the boat. Not two days of being on the couch.

Consider charging your batteries with an external charger.

I'll have to think about it.

Can you tell what is clicking? I assume NOT the starter solenoid on the starter.

Can you hear your fuel pump run for two seconds after pressing the START button once on the keypad? I'm wondering if you have dashpod or gateway problems.

I might consider getting a remote starter switch and attaching it the the starter solenoid to see if powering the solenoid would crank the engine.

        A switch like this

Does the dash light up after 2 days and the boat just wouldn't turn over? Or is EVERYTHING dead? Your alternator might have a small short in it. It would charge fine but when not running be shorting you battery out. Have you checked the voltage on the battery when it wouldn't start?

It sounds like it could be the starter solenoid. Have you checked it out?

I am inclined to agree with neutral switch as I had that happen on my Malibu once.
If you don\'t do it today, you will be one day older when you do!!

When my neutral switch went out mind didn't make any clicking sounds. Try to wiggle the throtal around when it does it and see. The clicking makes me think the solenoid might be out.

The source of the clicking needs to be determined. Is it the solenoid clicking? ....when the start button is held down for the second time? ...or is it the other relay (?) that clicks when you energize by pressing the start button once after entering the code? Too much confusion here.

The NSS is a good candidate. I'm still in favor of clippping on a starter button to see if it will crank by bypassing all the other biz.

Can you hear the fuel pump run or not?

It could even be a loose wire...I had a similar problem but it happened while we were using it. Stopped to pu a wakeboarder...cut off the motor....then nothing! Check the starter wires. I could move the wire with my hand. It did click a few times at first and then it stopped making any noise.

Kevin, I just answered TRDon's same problem!! You'll need to do some checking with the volt meter too.

Sounds like a bad connection to the starter- either the assist solenoid or the battery cables themselves. I'd start with the cables and clamps. When this happened to me, the culprit was a corroded battery cable right where it meets the clamp.

I have gone through this before, assuming you have power to your start button, disconnect the two wires from the neutral safety switch and join them together, if engine still not does turn over, that’s not your problem reconnect the switch. Next step is to bridge a screwdriver over the Starter solenoid terminals (over the two large posts), this is the solenoid is mounted next to the engine breaker, you will get sparks from doing this but don't worry about it, if this turns the starter. Its one of two problems either you need a new solenoid, or you have a bad connection from your keypad start wire that pulls your solenoid into action.

                              Hope this helps.
