1997 SNOB steering

Hi All
I have a 1997 snob, that is very hard to turn right. I just replaced the cable, which is the ssc124 style, not the newer one, and the rudder moves freely with the cable disconnected. The wheel is fairly easy to turn with the boat stopped, turns easily to the left, but is a real pain to turn right.
Ideas?

I am having a similar probem but havet looked into it yet. I replaced my cable and it turns awesome with little to no loat or on a trailer but it turns tough to the rightat speed. Turning to the left is good though.

My 1997 SN does the exact same thing. My ski partner who has a Malibu tells me to fix it every time he drives my boat. I just tell him it's supposed to be that way.
