NEW Member! Help with first time Maintenance at 300hrs!

I have a 2004 nautique 206 and it has the 330 excalibur engine. I have had the boat 4 years and 300 hrs on it. The only service it has ever had was an oil change 2 years ago. The boat is flawless and runs in freshwater texas lakes. I have not had one moments problem with the boat. I have my own car shop and I am very knowledgeable about cars so this should be a do it yourself job. I am looking to do a full maintenance to the boat.

I called a local dealer and they were talking about 1000 dollars for a full maintenance!!!! I am looking to save the money and do it myself.

    Questions I have....

What exactly do I need to change and lube?
Anything I need to know before starting?
Where is a good place to order all of the parts?

The steering is tight this past year and I think it has to do with the steering cable. Any tricks or pointers to switching this out?

    Many thanks!!!!

Last oil change 2 years back? I think it's time to change it then.
Things which come into my mind:
    - oil and oil filter
    - oil for transmission
    - fuel filter and water seperator (FCC)
    - rudder grease
    - spark plugs
    - distributor
    - plug wires
    - raw water impeller!

    - As for the steering cable. Unplug the steering cable at your steering wheel (4 screws), unplug it at the rudder. Tie a rope on the cable at the rudder end and pull the cable out at the steering wheel side. Pull the new cable back in with the use of the rope. Should be a 30min task.
