fuel pump electrical issue

The other day out on the water i shut the engine off and a few minutes later went to start it and it wouldn't start. Engine turned but wouldn't start. After a quick assesment, I realized the fuel pump wasn't spinning up when I turned the key to on. Checked this message board and subsequently checked the power to the fuel pump and got nothing. Figured it to be relay(s). 2 new relays later and still no voltage reading at the connector. Any ideas???

Figured it out, the inline fuse at the battery was pretty corroded, apperently not allowing enough voltage to the relays. Cleaned it up the best I could, and got it to work. Dealer suggests replacing the entire housing.

I would replace the entire housing if that is the case. It will continue to happen. At least you know where to go to fix it if it happens again.

After hitting a couple of automotive and marine places, I ended up at the local audio/video store. The only inline fuse housing they had to fit this application looks way too good to stuff into my battery compartment, but I did it anyway.
