Perfect Pass got WET

I had my '06 220 under the covered boat dock this weekend and a rain/wind storm blew water in all over the boat. The perfect pass looked like it had moisture in the display and would not work the next morning until it was dried out.

Is this normal?

Later in the morning, it worked great!
