PPass Master Module Location in '08 196

Where is the PerfectPass Master Module located in a 2008 196 ? This was installed at the factory. I need to install a Smart Timer to set the speeds...

Should be in the main control ECM? Or maybe behind the dash with the guage control box? I could be wrong as I have the old dinosaur throttle by cable boat.
