Here's one company that understands that good service will go a long way!!

Earlier today I contacted Mid-Ohio Nautiques to talk to a mechanics and get a bit of help on the 2 problems I had(see todays post: white smoke and worn out driveshaft key) I got the chance to speak to James over there at Mid-Ohio Nautiques and even though I am very far away from them(I live 2 hours up north of Montreal, Quebec Canada), he still took the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

I might never do direct business with them but I sure will always refer people I know in there area to them!

I agree with your comments regarding Mid-Ohio. They are very customer oriented! They repaired a seat back for me and did a great job!!
