Best prop for 216 with ZR6 for slalom

Just got my 2008 216 with ZR6 engine. It has a 4 blade prop (can't remember the pitch 12.5x ??). I am not happy with the hole shot for slalom. I just sold my Sport with a GT 40 that would snatch me out of the water.
What prop would be the best bet??. The slalom wake is pretty good on the 216, but not as soft as the 99 Sport. When I ski under 28 off, the 216 wake will ski about equally as well as the Sport.

I am hoping another prop will help these issues. I expected 390 horses to pull me over the front with ease.

The stock prop is weak in my opinion. I called ACME with the exact same concern on my 216 and they sent me an ACME 1458 3 blade 13R 14 .135 cup that is absolutely the bomb for hole shot and top end. You won't be dissappointed. In my opinion it'll have the same pull as your GT-40 had.

    Good Luck

i agree, the ZR6, with 390 HP should get you out of the hole with any prop, i myself have a 01 Ski Nautique GT40 and it will move flat out, go with the 1458 its the best for that boat

Is it okay to run a 13" dia prop when 12.5 was factory? Can same be said for a 206?

I was thinking an upgrade would be the 654.

I noticed a hair more vibration with the bigger prop but it was nothing bad. Most people probably wouldn't notice it. I wouldn't see why you couldn't use it on a 206. Call Acme direct, they are great with finding you the right prop for your needs, and they know the CC boats.
