Well we just got an '89 TS6M finished up and looking all pretty. I'll get some pics up on our site and spare PN any Supra posts but you can check 'em out there if you are interested. I love Nautiques more than anything but we got a killer deal on this thing and if I could have any other boat from the 80s it would be a Supra hands down. Anyways, moving on. The GT40 was a great engine and make great swaps into 80's boats but they are hard to find these days, so I decided to try and make one, or at least something close. It's not done yet (obviously) but it's starting to like something resembling one. Right now I need to make a plate to cover the old fuel pump entry, make a injector loom and finish some fuel line plumbing, and put on the GT40P heads I bought. A few sensors need to be dealt with and some harness adjustments but it's not too far off. If it works I'll give it a nice paint job and spruce it up a bit. So, now for some pics.
And the some of the final work on the Supra. Can't have a sharp looking boat with a faded trailer that looks pink. It takes a long time with a 4 1/2 grinder and a wire wheel. Thats just an etching primer coat.
