RE: gas / oil question
Your engine will have information on the grade of gas to run in it, somewhere on the motor. The information is in your manual you should have gotten with the boat. You can get a new manual, if you did not get it with the boat.
PCM recommends using convential motor oils in their engines. The information on the oil should be printed on a label on the oil fill cap.
I have 2030 hours on a 1997 Ski Nautiquer with a GT-40 Ford motor in it, Valvoline VR-1 40 weight oil, and Motorcraft FL1-A oil filters.

RE: gas / oil question
If your boat has an Excalibur, 330hp SBC, 87 octane is fine, do not use synthetic oil, check the manual, recommended should be 15w-40 and at least an "SJ" rating, equipped with a remote oil filter which uses a Ford filter, Motorcraft FL1-A.
This is all true for my 05' Excalibur, most likely same/similar for an 06', digital copy of the engine manual should be on this site, PCM's or Correct Crafts. If you did not get an owners manual with the boat contact CC to get one.
