Top Speed w/ 1235

I was wondering what you guys are getting for top speed with the acme 1235 prop? I have a sv211 and with the tanks empty, just myself in the boat I am topping out at 38 mph on the PP readout @ 5000rpm. Does this sound normal or a little low?

Not sure what rpm's but i just barely get to 40 with PP GPS. Same boat, elevation 4700ft. Me and usually two others.

I can hit 43 @ WOT with the 1234 in my 06 211. 38 sounds slow. Maybe the speedo is off.

I figured I should be hitting around 40 with it, but it hovers around 37 to 38, but the gauge could be off too.
