Perfect Pass Install Problems on a 2000 Pro Air

I installed PP stargazer on my 2000 Pro Air this weekend. Seemed to have everything connected correctly and when i put it in the water, the boat would start and run for about 1-2 seconds before the entire display cluster would shut down and cut off the engine. I connected power into the main purple line coming into all of the display gauges. Seems like there may be some feedback loop telling the system to shut down. PP support doesn't really know much about that display cluster and couldn't help. BTW, i removed the Spedo gage to put in the PP gage and had to remove the main plug, power, and ground lines from it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. John.

Make sure that you did not use those clamp on type wire connectors, these cause bad hot/ground connection. Cut the ends and put new connector. Just my opinion.
If you don\'t do it today, you will be one day older when you do!!
