Battery installed backwards - can't believe it! - Dead!!!!!

90 Nautique - My kids left the blower on overnight. Needless to say battery dead next day. Charged battery then preceeded to re-attach the cables backwards (can't freekin believe my idiocy). Heard quick spark. Totally dead at this point. Tried with another battery, same story. I do believe that the main ignition switch was off at the time (if this matters). I'm praying that someone can offer some suggestions other than to not be so stupid next time. For instance, I looked for a fuse but can't seem to identify anything like that. Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

RE: Battery installed backwards - can

There should be an circuit breaker (red Button Mounted on the engine somewhere). That is probably popped. Call SKIDIM or your dealer and ask them they should be able to tell you where the breaker or fuse is
