Perfect Pass Dial and Belly Ballast Tank

Has anyone had any problems with moisture in the LCD of the perfect pass gauge? You can't read the LCD until it dries out. Any easy way to prevent?

Ballast isn't emptying. Pump is running, impeller is spinning, seacock is open, breakers are not tripped, etc. Could the guage just be stuck?

Regarding the ballast, have you taken the impeller out and looked at it? I know that the impellers on the 07 and 08 boats seem to be a bit problematic. It is possible that the pump sounds like it is working, but in fact the center hub portion of the impeller has broken off. The pump spins, but the impeller doesn't. This happened to a friend's 07 211 and another friend's 08 210.
