Water in Belly (Front Hull) of 2002 Sport Nautique

Anyone ever get good amonts of water that gets into the belly of their boat? I get a gallon or so every time I go out. It isn't enough to get tranferred into the ski compartment or the rear of the boat. In fact, after a day on the water, my bilge area is dry with no pumping throughout the day. Only get water in the front. Does anyone have an idea as to where I may be taking this water on?

    Thanks,

do you have a heater? If so your heater may be shot, when my heater went out, it mostly leaked into the bow under the front seats. Other than that not sure what else it would be?

In my 2003 206, the area under the front bow cushion is always wet. I did a little experimenting and it appears that, given the configuration of the bilge, even a little bit of water in the bilge will bubble up throught the little "drain" in the bow and soak the carpet. Every time the boat drops off of a plane, the water apparently rushes to the front. And the middle hull drain hole sits about a quarter inch above the bottom of the bilge, so the bilge is never fully empty unless I pull the stern plug when the bow of the boat is cranked way up or when I am still standing on the ranp. Kind of a crappy design. I am now in the habit of pulling the seat cushion during storage to dry out the carpet.
