You can also send us your boat's measurements in this box as well. We will not charge your card or fabricate your FAE until we have enough people to justify a group.

The measurements needed from your boat are at:
    http://www.boatpipes.com/_Documents/...asurements.pdf

For those that have the 2 hole or 3 hole center platform bracket (see measurements) we now have a FAE bracket that does not require you to get to the bolts inside the boat.

Will the Group Buy give us an additional $25 off the $75 October, November, December discount?

    Thanks!

Attached are pictures of a Nautique single exhaust outlet installation and a dual exhaust outlet installation. The polished finish is an additional $75. The polished finish is a process called Electro Polish. From a couple of foot back it looks great. Close inspection will reveal small scratches, scuffs, etc. In other words, it does not have the deep mirror finish like a chrome bumper. It looks good; we just don't want anyone surprised when it doesn't look perfect. The standard black finish is mostly perfect in appearance.

Yes, the group buy would be a total discount of $100 if purchased in Oct-Dec.

You, as a group, need to decide the cutoff date for the group buy. Assuming there are a minimum of 5 FAE orders by that date, we will begin processing and fabricating your FAEs. A few days after the cutoff date we charge your credit cards $100. We do this on all custom FAEs; and all Nautiques are custom.

        Additional information follows below.

        Larry Mann
        Fresh Air Exhaust

Fresh Air Exhaust Warranty, Guarantee and Policies

1-All metal components of Fresh Air Exhaust (FAE) are warranted against defects for 3 years from the date of purchase. The exterior paint/finish is warranted against defects for 1 year. The interior paint/finish is not warranted. Please note, the leading edge of the downpipe will become abraded by the propwash (sand blast effect) and is NOT covered by this warranty.

2-Satisfaction is guaranteed for 60 days from the date of installation. If you are not satisfied with the installation or performance of your FAE, you must notify us within 60 days of installation. Once notified, we will attempt to correct the “deficiency”. If we are unable to correct the FAE to your satisfaction, notify us that you are planning to return it. When we receive it, we will send you a check for the PURCHASE price within 7 days. Additional charges may apply if the FAE is damaged beyond superficial scuffing.

3-If you do not install your FAE and wish to return it, let us know. A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your PURCHASE price and a check for that amount will be sent to you within 7 days (shipping not included). Additional charges may apply if the FAE is damaged, including scratches and scuffs.

4-If you sell your FAE separate from your boat, we will exchange it for a FAE that will fit the purchaser’s boat for $75 plus shipping. The purchaser will receive a re-furbished or new FAE (our discretion). Also, if the FAE for the purchaser’s boat is more expensive than the current list price for your FAE, we will add that amount to the charge. If it is less expensive there will be no refund of the difference. You (or the purchaser) will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the FAE to us. This provision does NOT apply to custom fabricated FAEs, which includes Nautiques.

5-For custom orders, you will be charged $100 per FAE before fabrication begins. This $100 will not be refunded unless you install the FAE and then return it per paragraph 2 above.

I chose the black finish with my lime green hull. I didn't need to draw any more attention to the boat. But really, since I don't trailer the boat, I felt like no one would see the FAE. Kinda like kids used to be, quiet and not seen.

That's my boat in the top picture. I get lots of questions and compliments on the "Chrome Pipe" from fishermen, sherriffs, and other wakeboarders. The finish on mine looks close to perfect, every bit as good as the finish on my truck's bumper, maybe I got lucky? There is almost nothing black on my boat, everything is polished, so the polished finish was the obvious choice.

Oops. There is a small, two-bolt support brackt there.

Larry - Is the square tubing bracket "blackable"? If so, will it stay on? ...and how much $$

What do you mean "blackable"? The mounting bracket can be powder coated black for $15. Whether painted or not it will stay on.

Is any drilling required for a 1999 Air Nautique direct drive with GT40 engine and single pipe exhaust?

OK, folks. I had something come up, so I have been out of pocket for a while. I am ready to do this. I have three e-mails now, so I need one more to submit them for the pricing. I am NOT taking orders and am NOT a representative of Fresh Air Exhaust. I am only taking e-mails for the group buy. Thanks. -Keith
