BEST OIL TO USE IN THE 330 EXCALIBUR ENGINE

Hi all, I'm going to winterize my 210 so that also means changing the oil. What is the best oil to use in the 330 Excalibur engine?

Also when I read you say drain and fill with antifreeze ...how much antifreeze does the engine take?

I like the Mobil Delvac 1300(?) 15w40 dino oil.
