1998 EFI GT 40 Fuel Pump Trouble

I have a 98 Sport with the EFI GT40 and the fuel pump in the fuel cell is working intermittently. I have changed out the kill switch and thought I had it fixed. It was working well and now it is doing it again. Turn the key and it comes on, turn it off and nothing. I hear a clicking when I turn the key when the pump does not respond. I am not sure if this is the pump or the relay or something else? Anyone have experience with this problem and if so what was the fix here? I cleaned and checked all the connections and applied grease as well then I turned the key on and off about 15 times and the pump worked. Came back about an hour later to try again. Turned the key and pump came on did it about 5 times and then the pump stopped again. Now only the clicking and no pump. Ordered new relays from SKIDIM.
I really appreciate the help this is my first experience with the EFI all my Nautiques have been carb. Up until now the engine has run top notch. I appreciate the help.

http://www.correctcraftfan.com/forum...12045&PN=1 Didn't the relays work that you got from Skidim? What did the VOM/DMM tell you?

I have not received the relays yet from SKIDIM. This seems to be a common problem with the relays here.
