    Problem with NAV Lights

Was cruising back to the house today in our 03 SANTE with the 330 Excalibur, and it was getting a little on the dark side and decided to turn on the NAV lights. After about 2 minutes of running, the dash lights blinked, the light on the NAV light button went out, the red warning lights at the bottom of the tach and speedo blinked for a second or two, and now the NAV lights won't turn on. I didn't bother to put the anchor light in, but doubt that could cause this problem. Once back at the house, I turned off the main power toggle switch to see if that might help, but no luck.

Made it back to the house OK but too dark to start poking around. Any ideas on what could be the problem and what I need to look for? Any and all ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you might have tripped a breaker.
Check your anchor light socket and make sure it is not corroded or have water in it which would cause a short.

Thanks - spent today cleaning out the basement in prep for finishing it off, so I didn't get a chance to work on the boat today. I'll look at it next weekend. Thanks for the reply and advice.

Just a follow-up - j2nh was correct. A breaker had tripped, probably because of condensed moisture from the cool evening. Reset the breaker and she was back up and running. Thanks for the advice.
