Where are the fuel pump relays on a '95 Ski EFI GT-40??

Hi all,

I searched the forums and hopefully found out why my boat won't start (...motor cranks, bypassed the kill, and I don't hear the pump prime with the key on the start detent), but I have NO freaking clue where the relays are?

I have a '95 Ski Nautique w/an EFI GT-40

Any help would be great, I wanna ride on Sat!!!!

There are three pictures in this post. The middle picture has the fuel, and ECM relays in it.
This picture is on a 1997 Ski Nautique.
