no one can tell me if there is any other oil to change i was told there was

1.motor oil 15w40

2.pcm power plus Vdrive (mobiltrans shc 50 synthetic according to manual)

3. it says on the top of the motor on red plastic cover all pcm ... use dextron 3 is there oil i should be changing that i'm not aware of

Your transmission is separate from your v-drive, and between the two. It uses the Dextron III.
If you have a closed cooling system, (zr-6) it would be a good idea to change your engine coolant as well.

Wasn't 2006 the first year of the PCM V-Drive/Transmission that was all one unit? Either way, go by what the manual says. There are actually several incorrect statements on the plastic covers, including the 89-octane fuel requirement.

And the fluid you guys are discussing is Dexron, not Dextron.

Yup...I was confused by this the first time I changed the tranny oil.

i think i finally figured it out

the only oil that needs to be changed is the motor oil and tranny oil

the v-drive oil only needs to be changed if there is water in it

so how long should i go with not changing the v drive oil if no water gets in

JUST TO COMPLICATE THE OIL MILLEAU A LITTLE FURTHUR....in TX our PCM regional head hancho has my Dealer sporting strait 30wt motor oil for my 07/08 SANTE 210, apparently TX heat + extreme tubing+ power prop = bitch slapped factory reccommended 15w30...ie nothing is set in stone...listen to ur boat she will tell you what she needs!
