    Zero Off in Pre 2006

Has anyone modified their pre-2006 Ski Nautique to accept Zero Off speed control?

As of my last conversation with ZO - that is not possible, not even on my early 2006.

I like PP stargazer and have had no problems with it. I would recomend it for anyone that doesnt have dbw. I have heard they are supposed to have some updates avialable to it that will mirror the pull of Zero off soon.

It can be done. Just not economically. To do it will require that you change out the fuel injection computer, complete engine harness, throttle assembly, etc. This in itself will run you over $3000, then you have to get the Zero Off. You're looking at $4500-4700 before labor, minimum. I think the gauges in the limited's still run off the same canbus interface on the 03-05 as the 06+ does so those shouldn't have to change. You also have to make sure that you get the 07 and newer ECM as the 06 ECM will not work with Z0.

PP stargazer at less than half the cost, would be a way I would sure have to think about.
