I have some extra time off around Thanksgiving and I'm thinking about replacing my trailer bunk carpet. I'm seeing some runs and tears in it. When I replace it, do I need to glue the new carpet down? If so, how long do I need to let it dry before putting the boat back on the trailer? I do plan on using Monel staples to secure it. Thx.
