1. Ballast Tanks:
I would like to run antifreeze through the ballast system and was wondering how you do it. I read in the manual and it talks about pouring the af through the vents and then simply draining out the intake. I have an 06 210 air nautique with the stock ballast system.
Is it as easy as just pouring the af through the overflow vents on the side of the boat and just hitting the drain button?
There are also quite a few holes on the sides of the boat and i am not sure exactly which ones are for the ballast and what the others are for like the bilge. Could i pour antifreeze into all of them or would that be bad on the bilge pump?
2. Transmission water Plugs:
Do I need to drain two plugs to get the water out of the transmission or just the one?
I have a v drive and i drained the one raw water plug under the transmission but from reading the manual it sounds like there is one for the v drive transmission and 1 for the transmission. Just want to make sure i am not forgetting one.
3. Do i need to drain the raw water pump where the impellar is ?
