Fill the ski locker with sand bags and be done with it. I use tube sand and play sand wrapped in construction trash bags with duct tape. Cheap and works great. I use to use a fat sac in the ski locker, but the water weight would shift back on take off so much that the boat would have trouble getting on plane.

Not at all. The bag has been filled before I shut the door and it stays down fine. I just plumbed it in with a built in pump and still feel that the bag would not push up on the door.

Checkout my custom ballast install. Flip of a switch and poof, a full ski locker.

Here is how it is set up now. This fat sac is only 375. The top drain sometimes pops my locker open when full. I just tied this on to the factory pumps. That year its just one switch, fill and empty. It has two pumps that fill and one that emptys. I have a hard time draining the locker sac. It has no problems filling though.

I had a custom fly hi sac made for my ski locker on my 01. It is 12Hx27Wx72L, and completely fills the ski locker.

Seth, How much was that? How would I go about getting one custom built?

It was $323 for everything (sac, quick release fittings, shipping). Go to fatsac.com and they have a custom sac order form you can fill out and fax to them, or give them a call and they will get you a quote really quickly.

I was wrong in my post above, the dimensions are 12Hx27Wx78L, if you wanted to order the same sac I got.

The fly high rear seat bottom sac will fit almost perfectly in your ski locker and will cost a lot less than a custom sac. I would go that route. It should fill up to around 650-700 lbs.
