My 210 had been sitting in the garage for a while, so I decided to pull it out and run the engine a bit on the garden hose and I noticed a periodic beeping noise every 10 or 15 seconds. All gage indications were normal. I thought maybe it was the depth finder indicating too shallow, but I have run the boat on the trailer before without noticing it. Any ideas what this could be?

It's low voltage. Mine does it when it's cold. The engine will crank and fire but once it drops into a cold idle it doesn't put out enough voltage to trip the alarm circuit off. Once I put it in neutral and rev it just a bit, the alternator regulator put out enough from that point that it triggers the alarm to stay off.Shane Hill

If I put the batteries on a trickle charger and brought them back up, would the beeping stop? I have noticed the low voltage LCD display with red light flashing before but never just the audible beeping. The LCD indicator and audible alarm are separate circuits?

it says you can mute any alarm for 60sec by pressing the up and down arrows simultaneously. if the big red light isn't on and all the guages read fine i' wouldnt worry about it, but if you're worried go to the dealer. its kinda winter time in florida anyway

It is winter time, but I think the forecast is going to have us back in the 80's. Not bad for December. I will probably wait til I get her back out on the water. If it keeps doing it, then the annoying factor will kick in and I will have to get back to the dealer. I haven't been over to Nautiques of Orlando yet, but I guess I will need to find out where they are. SECC has done all my maintenance over the years. You wouldn't believe one time I went to pick up the boat it had been taken out for a joy ride I guess. They burned a full tank of gas, ripped off bungees from the racks, and cracked the pod and had the nerve to tell me that it was my imagination. I had to get with Jeff to get things straightened out, but Woody pretty much called me a liar to my face. I have never felt over comfortable with SECC.
