sherwood g20/21 leaking around shaft after rebuild

my pump still circulates water but leaks out of the pump housing, from around the shaft, bearings were replaced, impeller, o-rings, is there a main seal or something? and how difficult is it to change? if needed im going to buy a new pump but the cheapest ive found is 249.00 so if repairable it would be worth it. it still cools the motor but quite a bit of water comes out of it at idle, when the boat is moving it slows to drips. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had one time rebuild my Sherwood raw pump, result was not good ,it still leaks, so I change a new one and never think to rebuild raw pump. it's important for the boat and not expensive really.
