Replacement Tunable Rudder part

When I pulled out my 2001 Super Air this fall, I noticed the black tuning foil on my rudder was deteriorating (hit something/in water too long / age??). Anyway, does anyone know where to purchase the black tuning foil part of the rudder?

While Lake Marine came through - $43.00 for just the trim tabs replacement. Hope you all don't need to replace in the future.
