Speedo adjustment

Anyone know how to adjust the analog speedo on a 08' 230. It runs about 5 to 6 mph slower than the Zero Off. Manual shows there should be a knob below dash just above rt. knee but no such knob exists.

The manual should have a procedure for adjusting it via the arrow keys on the front of the gauge, unless it is a Signature Edition boat. SE boats will have the knob under the dash for speedometer adjustment.

Thanks for the info. I checked manual again online. Here it is

"Speedometer Calibration
The speedometer calibration control knob is located on the under
side of the deck beneath the dash pod above the driver’s right knee.
Drive the boat at a known speed using a GPS or measured course
and adjust the knob until the speedometer is reading correctly.
Turning the knob one direction will raise the needle reading while
turning it in the other direction will lower the reading."

"Speedometer - Your Nautique is equipped with a precision
speedometer by Faria. This gauge registers forward speed in
miles per hour (optional kilometers per hour). The
speedometer is equipped with an adjustment knob to
calibrate speedometer accuracy. You can also use this gauge
to monitor fuel consumption and propeller performance."

That is only for the Signature Edition boats (not Limited Edition or Team Edition boats). The Signature Edition boats do not use the digital gauges, and have their own adjustment method.

Once again I'll put my two cents in . I wish Correct Craft technical would post too clear up any confusion when the answer is not up for arbitration Or even better let them have a forum which could be ASK THE EXPERTS....
