I'm the proud new owner of a 2008 Air Nautique 220 Team. My first Nautique by the way! I have a question on whether Fresh Water Flush is something that can be installed aftermarket by a Nautique dealer or if it's only an option that's factory assembly installed. If anyone knows I would greatly appreciate some insight.

RE: Fresh Water Flush Kit - After Market Install or Factory
Can anyone post a pic of the Flush Pro installed on a GT40? I was looking over my system yesterday and couldn't really find a good spot to put it. I might have a spot right before the water filter, but it will be tight. Now

This is currently how the hose attachment is installed. I would like install a hose adapter on the transom to make it more convenient. currently you have to drag a hose up in the boat. I still have a raw water strainer to install in line with this, i just haven't had a chance to get to it yet.

I had a flush pro shear...it's just plastic. To upgrade my install, I replaced my thru hull intake shutoff with a 3 way ball valve. Unlike the flush pro, I need to manually switch the inlet to flush but there is no question it is a much more robust setup and I have eliminated a potential failure point.

https://youtu.be/c5TEBV8NrjQ. Here is a YouTube by Ron Tanis discussing overheating in Nautique. He installs a flush kit about midway in the video.

I was looking at doing this on a previous boat manufactured by that other ski boat company. While on that site, more than one person cautioned about the installation base on similar comments and experiences like that of srock. Decided not to do the installation so I don't have any personal experience. If you do this installation I would be keeping a close eye on it.
