Dusty cover for 98 Nautique

Dirty Boat Cover- I've got a 6 yr old custom cover for my 98 Ski Nautique. I've just bought the boat from the original owner and the cover seems packed with dust. Its probably never been cleaned. Is there an efficient way to clean these? I pictured spreading it out on the floor of the car wash and blasting it out... (we live in an apartment with no hose). Any ideas?

Bring it to the dry cleaner's. We did that with ours and it was as new, plus they maked it waterproof again. I think it was $25,- and ready within 3 days...
