Fly High Int'l - Super Air Additional Ballast - W760

Has anyone added the Fly High W760 additional ballast system to their Super Air? I am interested to know how easy/difficult it is to install and how well it works.

My one concern is that as the ballast bag empties, it would create an air block to the overflow vent not allow the factory ballast to empty.

Super Air Nautique Additional Ballast - W760
    weight: 1600 lbs. / 725 kg.
Take your Super Air Nautique wake to the next level with our all new Super Air Nautique Additional Ballast package. We worked with Correct Craft team riders to come up with this system to maximize the size of your wake. It is a 1600 lb. system that consists of four sacs that are designed to be installed on top of the factory ballast system. Imagine a Super Air Nautique wake with an additional 1600 lbs... Talk about Flying

    Thanks for any help.

    RE: Fly High Int

We've installed a couple of these systems on various boats (Nautiques and Malibus), and other than the increase in time that it takes to fill both the factory tanks and the new bags, people are very happy with the results.

There's no problem with the pumps losing their prime, as the water in the bag simply drains down into the tank and is then pumped out. The bag is essentially an extension of the tank, and doesn't change the functionality of the stock system at all.

I have a friend with an 05 210. I was looking at this last night. He already has the wedge sacs. How are you guys filling those? I looked and it says to run the overflow from the factory to the wedge sacs. The thing that doesn't make sense to me on this is the overflow from factory tanks is at the top of the wedge (obviously so it fills). Where do connect that hose to the wedge sac? If you put it in the top I can't see it draining and if you put it in the bottom how does the water travel back uphill when emptying?

My guess is it goes in the bottom and just gets siphoned back out of the wedge sac when you empty the tanks. My questions would be does it ever lose the siphon and not drain correctly since you can't rely on gravity to have it drain back into the lower tank. Is there something else I'm missing or is this how it works? Also it looks like they are using the 701 sac which is a v-drive sac not the wedge sac????? Do they just remove the tank altogether and replace it with the sac?

If anyone has any pics of this on a 05 210 or similar it would be appreciated.

Also the bow of it has a cooler built in which doesn't look to be removable. Not sure about that only looked at it for a minute.
